Coolant bypass hoses installed on these machines are subjected to massive vibration cycles and extreme engine bay heat. With over 1,000 SKUs, we support major light vehicle platforms operating throughout DR Congo, including Toyota (Tercel, Paseo, Hilux, Land Cruiser), Suzuki (Grand Vitara), BMW (X3, X5), and Audi (Q7). Our hoses match original equipment specifications for shape, bend radius, and inside diameter, guaranteeing a leak-free, drop-in replacement that handles heat cycles without collapsing or kinking.
Every hose undergoes strict quality control checks to confirm cross-linking density and polymer uniformity, keeping cooling lines reliable even when subjected to poor road conditions and high ambient heat.
Off-highway mining trucks and remote Cummins or Caterpillar diesel generator sets require larger-diameter, reinforced water bypass hoses. These installations use synthetic textile reinforcement layers (polyester or aramid) braided between layers of high-grade rubber to withstand sustained pressures and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 130°C.
