What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in carton boxes or wooden cases as per the customer's requirements.
What are your payment terms?
For small quantities, we require 100% T/T in advance. For large orders, we accept 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 3-7 days for items in stock. For very large quantities, the lead time will be negotiated, but we strive to supply goods as soon as possible.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build new molds.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if parts are in stock, but customers must cover courier costs. If the order quantity exceeds 100 pieces, the sample pipe is free.
Do you check all goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% quality check on all products before they are dispatched.
